ELIGIBLE BUYERS MUST APPLY FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND ATTEND THEIR HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS. THE D.P.A. PROGRAM VERIFIES BUYERS DO NOT EXCEED THE FOLLOWING ANNUAL ADJUSTED GROSS HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS AS DETERMINED BY HUD:
